To support this rising demand, SSI is thrilled to welcome Vicki Miller and Ken Konyshak to the SSI team as our newest Key Account Managers. Bringing a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for the dive industry, Vicki and Ken will ensure that every SSI Training Center and Professional receives the personalized support they need to grow, succeed, and lead in their respective markets.

Victoria Miller joins SSI from Phoenix, Arizona. She has over 17 years of experience as a professional scuba instructor and instructor trainer, paired with more than two decades of experience as a law enforcement officer, including roles such as Public Safety Search and Recovery Dive Investigator and a leadership role as a Reserve Sergeant with the Phoenix Police Department. ‘Vicki’ brings a unique blend of educational expertise, operational leadership, and customer-focused service to the SSI Key Account Manager role.
As an SSI Instructor Trainer, Mermaid Instructor, Swim Teacher Instructor, and Basic Freediving Instructor with El Mar Diving Center and Crucian Adventure Divers, Vicki has successfully guided students from entry-level through professional certifications, led dive travel programs, and consulted on equipment and training strategies. She is very excited to bring her strong communication skills, mentorship abilities, and deep passion for fostering lasting relationships to her new role in supporting SSI’s mission and helping to grow the diving community.

Kenneth Konyshak joins SSI with nearly 40 years of experience in the dive community and more than 15 years as a dive professional. Ken has established himself as a respected educator, mentor, and leader with expertise spanning diver training, professional development, dive center operations, and global travel.
Ken comes to SSI from Divers’ Supply Indy, where he developed the Professional Programs that prepared a new generation of SSI dive leaders—many of whom now teach and lead diving throughout North America and the Caribbean. He is also a proud recipient of the prestigious Platinum Pro 5000 Instructor Award. In addition, his role as an SSI Instructor Certifier reflects his career-long commitment to advancing training & development at the highest standards.
Ken also brings decades of experience in regional retail management, human resources, training, and government service—a unique professional background that strengthens his ability to support business growth, organizational leadership, and customer success.
“Diving has given me a lifetime of purpose, friendships, and experiences that few other pursuits can offer,” states Ken. “Joining SSI allows me the opportunity to bring that same value to Training Centers—helping them grow stronger, more resilient, and more successful.
