Shelli Hendricks is the Founder and President of Blue Horizon Solutions LLC. With over 20 years in corporate learning and leadership development teams, she has managed global teams, delivered leadership training programs and coached executive teams through strategic business transformations. Shelli now works with dive professionals and business leaders to maximize personal effectiveness, team performance, and organizational excellence. As a Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Shelli frequently shares her expertise as a speaker at DEMA. She recently completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change through Fielding Graduate University. Her research explores what leaders learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.
