TUSA has an opening for a regional sales territory representative for its South Central territory. We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated professional with an aptitude for relationships and strong business acumen. Responsibilities and key skills include:
- Open new accounts and service existing accounts in assigned region
- Communicate and visit accounts regularly to assess inventory and help manage new business
- Report regularly on growth, product feedback, and new opportunities
- Grow and maintain effective business relationships
- Develop territory and brand strategies for profitable revenue growth
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Educate and inform accounts on the TUSA brands
- Assist in retail marketing & key events within the territory
- Perform product & service clinics for all assigned accounts
- Attend designated regional and national tradeshows
- Strong grasp of computer software, apps, social media, and electronic marketing are essential
- Well-rounded knowledge of the S.C.U.B.A. industry and its products
Regional rep brand representation will include TUSA, TUSA Sport, Underwater Kinetics, Waterproof, SEA&SEA and VIEW Swimming Gear. The South Central territory is comprised of Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, and Louisiana.
