Huish Outdoors is proud to welcome Bill Lidyoff as its new Technical Assistance & Care (TAC) Manager, overseeing returns, warranty servicing, repairs, and technical support.
Lidyoff brings more than 20 years of experience in the dive industry, most recently as a training and sales associate. Before that, he spent 11 years as the Supervisor of Customer Service at Scuba.com, and five years as the Training and Operations Manager for NAUI Worldwide.
“We are very excited to have Bill on board. His extensive service expertise in the dive industry will further strengthen our service and technical support organization,” said David Harmon, Huish Outdoors Vice President of Operations.
“Bill will be working closely with customers to understand their service requirements and ensure delivery of those requirements. Our ability to exceed expectations on those service requirements will further differentiate our brands as being the best in category.”
Adding Lidyoff’s suite of expertise to the Huish Outdoors Service and Technical Support Department is an example of the company’s continued commitment to customer satisfaction.
