Captain Don’s Habitat Adds TOP LINE Scubapro Equipment to Rental Line

Captain Don’s Habitat has become one of the first Dive Centers in the Caribbean that has TOPLINE Scubapro equipment available to divers for rental.

According to Dive Center Manager Roger Haug, “Scubapro has been our Rental Gear line for over 30 Years. For many years we have used the basic model BCD and MKII regulators. Most dive shops rent out these Basic kits. We at Habitat and in cooperation with SCUBA PRO will introduce the complete rental fleet change over to HYDRO PRO BCDs AND MK21 & C350 & C295 regulators. And while most will expect a huge rental rate increase we offer this at a real fair rate compared to all other basic rental gear rates on the island.”

Check https://www.habitatbonaire.com/diving/dive-rental/  for the new gear rental rates.

Haug adds that 50 Scubapro Custom made 3mm shorties will replace the dive center’s older shorties wet sutis. The custom design is covered with the Famous Habitat Skull Logo..

“We believe in the Scubapro slogan — Deep Down You Want the Best. With that in mind we will give our customers the best gear there is in the market. Also all BCD’s will have integrated weights systems, so no more weight belt needed,” concluded Haug.

Captain Don’s Habitat remains one of the most popular dive resorts on Bonaire and in the Caribbean. CLICK HERE for more news from the resort. The new gear will be in service this month.
