San Diego, CA - Ocean Enterprises is pleased to announce that Trish Farruggio has joined their corporate team as Director of Marketing. Ms. Farruggio will be responsible for developing new marketing programs for Ocean Enterprises that will ultimately increase the number of individuals becoming certified to scuba dive through Ocean Enterprises.
Ms. Farruggio will also work closely with dive equipment manufacturers and other industry representatives to maximize name band recognition for their products with new and current divers. Finally, Ms. Farruggio will be responsible for expanding the current dive travel component of Ocean Enterprises where she will increase awareness and participation in the exotic dive trips that make Ocean Enterprises unique.
Trish Farruggio, a San Diego native, comes to Ocean Enterprises after 4 years as Vice President of California Quivers, a San Diego based Catering & Event Management company. Ms. Farruggio has her Bachelors of Science from University of California, San Diego in Biology and a Master of Arts from San Diego State University in Public Relations and Advertising. She has been scuba diving for 12 years with an Advanced and Rescue certification, and has traveled to the Philippines twice to conduct research on Whale Sharks and Black Tip Reef Sharks while also providing marketing and public relations consultation.
